Order Processing All orders using Economy Flat Rate Shipping will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Standard Rush, Expedited Rush, and Express Rush orders placed before Noon Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Undeliverable or Refused Packages:
Please check your shipping address carefully! We do not double check delivery addresses and delivery is attempted as the address is entered at the time of checkout. Incorrect/insufficient address, Refused or Otherwise Undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs back to our warehouse that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct return shipping fees from your original form of payment for orders marked as undeliverable, refused or incorrect/insufficient address.

Refused, incorrect/insufficient address or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and a $5 undeliverable fee for restocking. Fees will be deducted from your original payment. No refund will be made until the refused/insufficient/incorrect address package is back at our Shepardsville, KY warehouse and has been inspected.

If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local governments will be refunded. We ship only via USPS Priority Mail to International locations. Our shipping rates for these locations are based on weight. If the estimated shipping charge will cover the cost of the shipment, we will send it out. If not, we may contact you for authorization prior to shipping. Delivery time varies, but is estimated at 7-14 business days for Priority, depending on your country's customs regulations and procedures. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.

Pre-Order Policy Your entire order will ship together when all items in your order are available to ship. The items you order will be put on hold for you until your last pre-ordered item is released.

Pre-orders will not ship separately from the rest of your order. To have in-stock items ship separately from pre-orders, please place separate orders for pre-order items. Regular shipping & handling will apply. Pre-order release dates are subject to change.
