Price Adjustment Policy
- Price adjustment requests will be honored when items are purchased at FULL RETAIL price and if the merchandise is discounted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Gift Certificates, Coupons and Promo Codes offering discounts on your purchase cannot be applied toward previously placed orders or prior purchases.
- Price adjustments may not be allowed on some orders that receive promotional discounts. If the price adjustment brings the purchase below the required earning amount for a coupon, the coupon will be decremented or deactivated.
- To receive a price adjustment for full retail priced items that went on sale within 7 days after of the initial purchase date, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-481-6745.
- If you are due a Price Adjustment per the stated policy, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item.
Pre-Orders Purchasing pre-order items ensures that you don’t miss out! Pre-order items are on their way from the manufacturer and are expected to arrive at Isabella soon. A full deposit will be taken for your pre-order purchase and we will ship your item as soon as we get it. All provided shipping and delivery dates are estimates. If at any point you decide you no longer wish to wait, contact customer service. If you are purchasing both pre-order and in-stock items together, the in-stock items will be authorized and billed with the pre-order items but the in-stock items will ship separately.

While Isabella strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur online or in our printed catalogs. Isabella reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Isabella reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
- Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the current price displayed on the item's product details page. Please note: In rare cases this price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Cart.
- Our merchandise is offered for sale by Isabella for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.
