HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
Box up your item(s) and enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a note explaining how or why the item(s) did not meet your needs. Next, print a return label conveniently from your own home by clicking here. Affix it to your box and drop it in your mailbox!

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you use the provided return label, $6.95 will be deducted from your return refund.
Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on the dollar value of the exchanged merchandise per our shipping rate chart found here.
HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Box up your item(s) and enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a note explaining what was damaged or defective, then print a complimentary USPS return label by clicking here.
Please note, if you chose not to use our provided shipping label, return shipping will not be reimbursed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?
We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 30th.Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return, but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
Return shipping labels are not available outside the United States. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a damaged or defective item to return.
The recipient is the importer of record and as such is responsible for assuring the product(s) they purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of said country. The customer is also responsible for payment of all levied sales tax, duties, and customs charges, which are determined and enforced by local governments and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees are an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order and we are unable to provide you with an estimate of those fees. Please contact your local government for specific details. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by isabellacatalog.com. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.
If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local governments will be refunded. We will refund the original purchase price of the product if the returned/refused goods arrive back to our Shelburne, VT, address in original condition.
