These brushes are seriously the best brushes I have ever tried. I too had a very hard time ordering this for the first time with the price tag but once I used it, I have never looked back and consider it a worth while expense. I bought a second one (travel size) for my doc kit and one for my daughter who has very long, thick curly hair as she kept borrowing my brush! We never have static hair with this brush and it detangles and makes our scalps feel ooh, so good.

My daughter has had this brush for several years and loves it. My daughter-in-law tried it and was impressed so she is getting one for Christmas. They both have ong hair and this brush is especially suited for longer tresses.

Took a long internet search, but I finally found the perfect replacement for my wife's "Tornado" wooden brush, and in time for Christmas. Thanks!

i have waist long, thick, naturally curly hair. This brush feels magnificent on my scalp and is effective in getting the snarls out. However, if I want to put my hair up in a pony tail or clip, I have to resort to a standard brush as the long bristle Widu folds over.

I love love love this brush. Last year my dog chewed & destroyed my Widu. I really tried to live without it because who wants to spend another 50 on a hairbrush! But, eventually I came to realize that brush was awesome. It is worth the money. I bought another Widu and my hair looks great. Hairbrush feels good on the scalp too. Brushing my hair is a treat!

Well worth the investment! This brush is a pleasure to use every day and doesn't tear your hair. I used one for many years and when the rubber green part finally wore out I had to get a new one.

Nice brush but a prefer the wide tooth comb for my thick, wavy hair.

Was very surprised to feel the softness of the bristles. Was expecting something much harder. LOVE the feel of them on my scalp. So glad I ordered it. Even though you get some extra bristles, I wish there was an address or web site where you can order more if needed.

The brush was advertised as suitable for long hair. Well, it helps but it cannot get through my hair and must be followed with a traditional "ripping" brush.

We had a Widu brush from you for many years. When it was lost, I replaced it with the one with longer wooden bristles....not the same as the original rubbery bristles that the whole family loved, but still good.

I have owned the same widu hairbrush for the past 13 years and it was worth every penny. I am treating myself to a new one and getting one for my 4 year old daughter who has long, fine hair just like mine. -- DB
The Widu Brush is a miracle. I have very fine thin hair. Every time I brushed I lost a lot of hair. The Widu Brush is an absolute miracle for me. The child-size is perfect for my fine thin hair. Thank you so much. -- ES
After much debate 'Forty bucks for a hairbrush! What am I, crazy! I decided to follow my heart and purchase a brush. Wondering if my experience would be anywhere near the rave reviews mentioned, I pulled the brush through my waist-length hair for the first time. After watching several strokes pass in the mirror, I caught a glimpse of the expression on my face: sheer rapture! I was totally immersed in the experience of watching the lengthy bristles touch rather than stab! my scalp and flex -- even squeak! -- as I brushed. Ahhhh.... A totally nurturing experience. Nearly better than... well, you know. Thank you for offering such a lovely product. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with it. -- SC, Springboro, PA
I fell in love with the Widu hair brush the first time I used it. It's wonderful! I never knew that a brush could be so great! Thank you. -- DB, Ann Arbor, MI
I can't believe I lost my brush! After hunting around and moaning for 3 weeks, I'm giving in and ordering a replacement. I tried a wooden hairbrush from another source -- no comparison! There is no substitute! -- HM, Camas, WA
