The Importance of Self Breast Exams
Regular breast self-exams are incredibly important, even when you get yearly mammograms. In 2016, the American Cancer Society (ACS) began no longer recommending breast exams from a medical provider or self-exams done at home, stating that their research didn’t prove any clear advantage. So how should you do this? We’ve put together a helpful graphic for doing a self-exam easily at home.
