Backorder Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to backorder unavailable items. Please contact Customer Service for an estimate of when the item may be back in stock.

Catalog Request or Removal
You can request a catalog by filling out the form here. If you have been receiving our catalog and no longer wish to, please contact customer service or fill out this form.

E-mail Sign-up
Enter your email address at the top of the page (left-hand corner) to join our online mailing list to hear about our sales and promotions. We are sensitive to the private nature of information you provide to us over the Internet. Please know that we do not rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses - unless you ask us to. Additionally, we will always provide you with the opportunity to 'opt-out' if you no longer wish to receive future e-mails.

Gift Orders
We're happy to send your gifts directly to friends and family! In your shopping cart simply enter a short, personalized message in the "Order Notes" box and we'll include it for your recipient. Then proceed to Check-Out and in the "shipping address" section simply enter the gift recipient's information. We never include pricing information inside your box!

Can I Change or Cancel My Orders?
Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes. Please double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order.

You can pay for your order with Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Paypal. If you're mailing your order in, you can also pay with a personal check, money order or cashier's check for an additional $2 fee. When you provide a check as payment for mail orders, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. Please note that check order shipments are held for 7 days to allow for processing. Checks returned by your banking institution for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 service charge. Sorry, we don't ship COD.

Pre-Orders Purchasing pre-order items ensures that you don’t miss out! Pre-order items are on their way from the manufacturer and are expected to arrive at Isabella soon. A full deposit will be taken for your pre-order purchase and we will ship your item as soon as we get it. All provided shipping and delivery dates are estimates. If at any point you decide you no longer wish to wait, contact customer service. If you are purchasing both pre-order and in-stock items together, the in-stock items will be authorized and billed with the pre-order items but the in-stock items will ship separately.

Please include your name, address, phone/fax # and e-mail address, along with wholesale pricing and information about your company. Our review process can often take 3 to 6 months. If we are interested in carrying it, we'll contact you. Due to the number of submissions we receive, we ask that you do not call us to ask about the status of your submission. Samples or photographs sent to us will not be returned to you. Please be sure to include your email address with your submission.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders submitted on official purchase order forms, pre-printed with your organization's name, address and PO number, with two (2) signatures guaranteeing payment. Please mail or fax us your purchase orders. We can take on-line or phone orders only if you're paying with a credit card at the time of purchase.
