At the first sign of the flu take 3 doses per day for symptom relief and one dose per week for maintenance.

Place drops on or under tongue or mix with 1 ounce of water.

Best taken 15 minutes before or after any food or drink, except water.

Adult dosage is 20 drops per dose. 

Children under 12 dose is 2 drops for every 10 pounds of body weight, up to a maximum of 20 drops. 
Active ingredients (Equal volumes of each ingredient in a 30C potency): Ailanthus, Anas barbariae, Antimonium tart, Arsenicum, Bryonia, Camphora, Eupatorium perf, Ferrum phos, Gelsemium, Influenzinum, Ipecac, Lycopodium, Phosphorus, Phosphoricum acid  

Inactive Ingredients:  Organic grape alcohol 20% (v/v) (natural preservative) and USP purified water

WOULD NEVER BE WITHOUT THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!!

I have been using this product for YEARS!! I plan my orders so that I always have the 2 previous years PLUS the current year on hand. That way I have the formulas for several years to help with my immunity on any given year. I have NOT had the flu since I have been using this product which is for at least 6 years.
