I love it but my skin does not.

The adhesive reacted with my skin even though I rotated the exact placement over 4 different spots: The second time the first spot got the patch 4 days later, the skin got red and itchy. But I like the idea: the aroma subtly rises up to my face as I lay, and I get just the right amount of it. I definitely feel my sleep quality is improved and I sleep longer without waking during the night. And it is not just the lavender oil: that alone I tried before and it really did not help me. In this case it is lavender, jasmine and chamomille.
<br>So I experimented with placing the patch on various surfaces: inside or outside my night gown, the underside of the comforter, etc. (It does not stick as well to fabric, so it needs to be pinned or stitched in place.) For now, the underside of the comforter, just below the edge, works well. For me, it is worth the efforts.
