When dogs or cats get severe tooth decay or gum disease, it can affect their entire bodies. Their jaw bone can get infected, which causes tooth loss and major pain. Since there are no dentures or tooth implants for pets, when they lose a tooth, it's permanently lost. But the scariest side effect (to me, anyway) is that the bacteria from decay in the mouth can enter a dog's or cat's blood stream and affect their heart and organs and maybe even kill them.
This poultry-flavored teeth and gum cleaning pen dramatically reduces gum inflammation and gets rid of bacteria that causes tooth decay in as little as two weeks of use. If you use it once a day for a minimum of 3 days a week, the pen should last 3-4 months and your pet will have much better teeth and gums.
The pen is extremely easy to use with a one-hand click applicator. The gel comes out of a soft silicone rubber tip which pets love. The tip provides for better application of the gel on the teeth and allows for massaging the gums, which helps circulate blood flow, resulting in healthier and less sensitive teeth and gums.
The gel contains Pure-C (Vitamin C) to prevent and reduce gum disease, zinc for healing, and calcium peroxide to get rid of plaque. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order, so if anything doesn’t fit the bill (or the body), you are free to return or exchange it within 4 months of the purchase date, however:
- Items must be received in like-new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine “like-new condition”.
- We will not be able to take back any items that are soiled, have acquired a scent, or show signs of use or wear.
- We can only accept products that require assembly in their original kit form. Once they have been assembled, we can no longer accept them for return.
- We will apply a $5.00 restocking fee to each returned item that requires repackaging and/or a new product box.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?Call 888-481-6745 (9AM-4PM, EST) or email us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This number helps us to know what to do with your return when it arrives back at our warehouse, so it is important that it be clearly written on the outside of the box.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges of clothing items are returned to you with no additional shipping charge.
Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on the dollar value of the exchanged merchandise per our shipping rate chart found here.
HOW WILL I BE CREDITED FOR MY RETURN?Returns received within 4 weeks of the purchase date will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Returns received after 4 weeks and up to 4 months after the date of purchase will receive store credit issued in the form of a gift certificate.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 15.
Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return, but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
