We're always on the lookout for products that truly keep rosacea under control. Our testers tell us that nothing comes close to Lotus Moon's new products. When it comes to rosacea, some people have ''oily'' rosacea, while others have ''dry.'' Lotus Moon has designed this product to meet the specific needs of ''dry'' rosacea.

The Cherry Blossom Healing Soothe is designed for dry rosacea because of its creamier base and heavier consistency. With its healing blend of shea butter and sunflower seed oil, it also provides super nourishment and protection for skin recovering from laser resurfacing. It protects the skin from burning sensations like an ointment would, but it's not comedogenic (pore clogging) like some ointments. I know that many doctors use petrolatum after laser surgery, but shea butter is actually better in combating inflammation, while going even a step further by promoting tissue restoration and repair. It contains a substantial amount of Willowherb Extract, which tests have shown decreases redness and inflammation better than 1% Hydrocortisone. It also has an all-star list of other effective ingredients, including horse chestnut extract to promote circulation and strengthen capillaries, butcherbroom extract to help tone and relieve puffiness, and cherry extract, a powerful antioxidant that smells heavenly.

You will see remarkable results if you massage a small amount into clean skin once or twice daily. (A little bit goes a long way.) It can be used alone or layered over a serum. It is perfect to use after any kind of peel. (For those who do not have rosacea and can use the Pumpkin Enzyme Peel, we highly recommend using the Cherry Blossom Healing Soothe after this peel.) It's also great as an under-eye night treatment and on lips. Even though neither Kathleen nor I have rosacea, this is now our night cream of choice! (We love how it smells, and we love the results even more!)

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International Shipping: We ship only via USPS Priority Mail to these locations as UPS is considerably more expensive. Our shipping rates for these locations are based on weight. If the estimated shipping charge will cover the cost of the shipment, we will send it out. If not, we may contact you for authorization prior to shipping.

Return Policy We want you to love your purchase! But if not, here's our return and exchange policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your order, so if anything doesn’t fit the bill (or the body), you are free to return or exchange it within 4 months of the purchase date, however:

  • Items must be received in like-new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to determine “like-new condition”.
  • We will not be able to take back any items that are soiled, have acquired a scent, or show signs of use or wear.
  • We can only accept products that require assembly in their original kit form. Once they have been assembled, we can no longer accept them for return.
  • We will apply a $5.00 restocking fee to each returned item that requires repackaging and/or a new product box.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?

Call 888-481-6745 (9AM-4PM, EST) or email us at service@isabellacatalog.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This number helps us to know what to do with your return when it arrives back at our warehouse, so it is important that it be clearly written on the outside of the box.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?

Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges of clothing items are returned to you with no additional shipping charge.
Exchanges of all other items will be charged shipping based on the dollar value of the exchanged merchandise per our shipping rate chart found here.

HOW WILL I BE CREDITED FOR MY RETURN?

Returns received within 4 weeks of the purchase date will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Returns received after 4 weeks and up to 4 months after the date of purchase will receive store credit issued in the form of a gift certificate.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

We do our best to process returns within 3 days of receipt, though may occasionally take as much as 5 days between Thanksgiving and January 15.
Credit to your account should post within 2 days of our processing of your return, but may take as many as 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
