WATCH COOKING VIDEO FOR PAN ROASTED MUSHROOMS
After you taste anything made by ''the Bourbon Boys,'' as we affectionately call them, there's no going back. To us, they're the rock stars of specialty foods, and when you use their sauces and spices, you'll understand why. It's amazing what you can do with just a few of their products.
Who would ever have thought you'd find Worcestershire Sauce in our catalog? Of course, I never knew that tasting it could be a downright spiritual experience. I'm dousing everything with Bourbon Barrel Worcestershire now. Why not, when you can add maximum flavor with minimum calories and zero unhealthful additives?
This all-natural, vegetarian sauce is sweetened with pure sorghum instead of high fructose corn syrup, and because it's aged in oak bourbon barrels, you'll taste hints of bourbon and smoky wood. Friends don't let friends use boring Worcestershire sauce. You have to try this!

Grilled Chedder & Pancetta Hamburger
The best burgers have some fat in the meat. The fat is where much of the flavor comes from. However,
if you prefer to a leaner meat this recipe will still work and add plenty of flavor.
Ingredients
1 1/3 pounds of fresh ground round
1/3 cup of Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire Sauce
4 ounces of cheddar (any cheese will do. Adjust quantity to your tastes
and the flavors of different cheeses.)
One Vidalia onion—caramelized
4 crusty rolls—sliced and toasted
Crisp Kentucky Bibb lettuce
Four slices of Pancetta—cooked
It’s important to keep your meat chilled while mixing.
Directions
Thoroughly Mix the Worcestershire and cheddar into the meat with your hands. Slice the onion and caramelize in heavy sauté pan over medium heat. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Try not to stir onions too often. Place hamburgers on grill and cook to desired temperature.
