With the holidays and holiday food behind us, many of us vow to kick-start the new year with better, healthier habits. Here is a great tool to help you on that quest -- a vegetarian cookbook that actually makes sense. I am not a vegetarian, but I would like to reduce the amount of meat in my diet. My husband would like to cut out all meat. This cookbook is helping us meet in the middle. I have found lots of great vegetarian dinner dishes, and we are now down to having meat only 2-3 nights a week! And I don't feel deprived at all.
