When several people mentioned this unassuming little book to me over a period of several days, I couldn't ignore the signs: I was meant to read it. Within a few days I had incorporated The Five Tibetans into my already-busy schedule. This series of exercises is one of those relatively painless life-changing opportunities that come along only once in a while.
The five simple, highly energizing exercises originated in a Tibetan lamasery in the Himalayas. Apparently the lamas taught them to a retired British army officer, who then shared them with others.
