This nifty tool is winning cult status among foodies because it makes trussing a turkey a cinch for a-n-y-o-n-e. This heat-resistant silicone lacing tool replaces kitchen string, needle and thread, skewers, toothpicks, or whatever you use to cinch up your turkey.
